OFFSITE 2013 Technology Day - 26th September 2013, Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery
Offsite 2013 is a unique business event, held in the heart of West Cork. Organised by West Cork Development Partnership (WCDP), Offsite 2013 seeks to drive business opportunities, industry and technology expertise, networking opportunities with peers and experts and deliver unrivalled knowledge opportunities from regional, national and international technology entrepreneurs.
Taking place on Thursday, 26 September 2013 in the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery, the event will host a number of motivational and business speakers and will also include a keynote address from recent World Championship gold medal winner Robert Heffernan.
“West Cork is a hub for business and entrepreneurship and at the WCDP we aim to develop that reputation further with the second annual Offsite event, which has been developed to encourage, drive and support the growing business and tech community of West Cork,” said David Tuohy, Offsite project lead at West Cork Development Partnership.
“This year, the programme, which runs from 9am to 3pm, will open with an address Rob Heffernan, who will speak about managing performance and expectations, as well as dealing with the highs and lows of success and failure.”
The event will also provide access to national and international entrepreneurs, with panel discussions and presentations from some of the most successful businessmen and women in Ireland including Declan O’Mahoney, CEO, Heartsine, who is an Irish entrepreneur with extensive international experience in the hi-tech sector.
